    A must Read this Christmas

For a great read this Christmas and for a great cause! Head along to the Newgrange Hotel in Navan tomorrow evening and get a signed copy of The Coalman, The Dragon and the Buddha, by Sifu Nick Costello, from the Shaolin Buddhist Temple in Slane.

“One great lesson was that Lung Ying was not just physically-based but could also lead you to the path of discovery, not of the body or mind but of something wonderful.” – The Coalman, The Dragon & The Buddha

Sifu Nick has put pen to paper with only one goal in mind – to bring the work of the Academy to a much wider audience than ever before.
‘The Coalman, The Dragon and The Buddha’, is part biography and part inspirational text. It is the story of Nick’s journey so far and an expression of the knowledge, wisdom, kindness and love he found along the way.

This book will challenge you to accept and release the negatives in your life while providing you with some simple tools and some daily practices cultivating mindfulness, compassion and a return to the love you deserve.

All profits are in support of the Lung Ying Shaolin Buddhist Temple, SOSAD (Suicide support and prevention), and The Gary Kelly Cancer Support Centre.
