Q: How do I receive my Tickets?
–A: Tickets sales will be organised through Eventbrite. You can print them or have them posted in the usual manner.
Q: Is there a refund or exchange policy?
–A: All ticket sales are final, you can however freely pass on your ticket if you cannot make it on the day.
Q: Will there be camping?
–A: There is no camping on the grounds of Ardgillan Castle.
Q: Where is the nearest camping ground, or accommodation?

Q: Is it wheelchair accessible?
–A All ground floor rooms are wheel chair accessible, and also the walled garden.
Q: Will there be an ATM on site?
Q: Will there be alcohol on site for sale?
–A: No. This is strictly a family event.
Q: Is there parking at The Castle?
–A: There are 3 car parks on the grounds of Ardgillan Castle.(Upper car park, Lower car park and the overflow car park)
Q: What activities will there be for kids?
–A: We will have a children’s corner with art projects, spiritual dance and lots of family projects.
Q: Can I bring a dog?
–A: We love dogs at Ardgillan Castle but as this event will have a lot of indoor activities it would not be advisable to bring your dog. Dogs are allowed on the
grounds of Ardgillan Castle but not allowed into the castle itself.
Q: Are there amenities nearby?
–A: There is a big garage as you turn in off the motor way and also a couple of shops on the approach to the castle.
Q: Will there be food on site for sale?
–A: Yes, There is a first class restaurant and coffee shop in the Castle.
Q: Will there be first aid?
–A: Yes staff in the castle are fully qualified in first aid and defibrillator trained.
Q: What time does the event open/close?
–A: The Event opens on Saturday May 3rd at 11AM – 6PM, and on Sunday May 4th from 11am to 5PM.
