Our Nutrition Talks and Demonstrations will be taking place in the servants quarters down in the basement of the Castle. When occupied the basement was the service floor, which housed the kitchen and stores. Since being restored the ground floor rooms of Ardgillan Castle and the kitchens are open to visitors for guided tours. Here you will have the opportunity to see these kitchens back in operation for 2 days only as our nutritionist’s demonstrate how simple healthy cooking and lifestyle choice’s can be.
