Thanks to all who took part in the Essential Oils class at the Shaolin Temple in Slane Co Meath. It was a very informative class hosted by Liz Svensson, Systematic kinesiologist and co founder of Healing Hub International. The Shaolin Temple is the very first of its kind outside of Hong Kong and is set in the peaceful green heart of rural Ireland surrounded by the magical Feng Shui Gardens. It is well worth a visit, for anyone interested please contact the Tai Chi Academy. It is open 7 days a week and free to visit. More Essential Oil classes will be scheduled soon.
